Rate of Fire.

Many submachine guns have a Rate of Fire of 3 and therefore let the player roll up to 3 Shooting dice at once, at up to 3 different targets. You may not shoot at one target, move, and then shoot at another target; you must select all targets at once.

Wild Cards roll one Wild Die with their Shooting roll, and can use it in place of one of them.

When firing more than one shot per round, you incur an Automatic Fire penalty of -2. Some automatic weapons do not allow single shot mode.

Each shot consumes the Rate of Fire in bullets, i.e. a Uzi with a RoF of 3 would, when all three shots were used, consume a total of 9 bullets.
